I contacted Cogent Media several months ago with a view to updating and revamping my website. Cogent Media engaged with me promptly over what I was looking for and went away to formulate a timescale and cost. What impressed me about them was that they listened to my ideas and what I wanted for my website. I'd had conversations with other suppliers where they took over with their own thoughts with my own being somewhat lost. This didn't happen with Callum and the team; they understood what I was looking for and then made suggestions using their technical experience to help improve upon my own thought trail.

So, Cogent Media were welcomed on board to help me through the process of updating my website. The process was quicker than I had imagined, with Callum and his team implementing my ideas quickly, helping my website take shape ready for new custom. The dialogue was simple and straightforward with Cogent Media understanding how to carry out my ideas and also offering impartial advice on products and services that I needed. They always acted in a polite, professional and efficient manner and had time to fully explain technical areas that I didn't understand to start with. Such was the level of service given, Cogent Media are now always employed as my IT specialists, on hand to help when we have technical issues or need to add and amend the website. I must also point out that all of the services provided were at, in my opinion, fantastic value.

Overall, it was a great decision to enlist Cogent Media and Callum and I am very grateful for the services provided.
